Staff was great
Rooms were updated, large & very comfortable. Amenities like microwave, fridge, ironing board were included. The large bathroom was well stocked. Location was excellent and close to many SF attractions. Free parking (though parking spots were tiny!) & hot coffee in the morning was a bonus!

very near to everything in the Bay area
We liked the location on Lombard, near Van Ness. We had a very pleasant stay. On the 4th floor you can see the GGB, the room was big enough for a couple and a kid and the room and the bathroom were very clean. One of our best stays in California! I recommend the place and I would come back without any hesitation if I had to visit San Francisco again! The head is very available and compliant : we could have a 1h-earlier check-in to avoid leaving our luggage in the car when parked and this is very nice. Thank you and go on this way!

It was a great size room it had been newly renovated and it was clean and so well presented Was so well located and so easy to around San Francisco from the property Manager was so friendly and helpful Nothing was too much trouble for him If I went back to SF I would most definitely book this property again

Great place for the price. Clean rooms, very good bathrooms. Close to lots of tourist locations. They even let us leave the car in the parking for a couple extra hours after checkout.
Our room was remodeled and it had everything needed for staying two nights and exploring the city. It was very clean and it had enough space for our luggage. We were lucky to stay on 3rd floor and be able to see the golden gate bridge from our window.

It was very very clean and everyday they were cleaning my room, leaving clean towels, making sure we have soap etc. The place looks really good and modern, room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Location was great

The staff were very nice and welcoming. We arrived 3 hours prior to regular check in and they kindly allowed us to check in right away. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Loved the location of the hotel - safe and nice district, close to many interesting sights!
